My name is Wemimo Ibidunmoye, but you can call me Wemi. I’m a proud Nigerian currently living in Sweden with my wonderful husband and our adorable daughter. I have a bit of an obsession with inspiring quotes (who knows, I might just become a quote writer one day! 🙈). "Life Musings" is my online diary, capturing the lessons and reflections that shape me daily. I’ve always loved writing, and this blog is an extension of that passion. My journey with words began during my university days at OAU (Obafemi Awolowo University) in Nigeria, where I shared weekly articles through my campus fellowship, ASF. Back then, I wrote under the title "TSOG"—and fun fact: TSOG is how I met my husband! 💑 Yep, he fell in love with my words first, and then with me! In a way, Life Musings is like a little sister to TSOG. 😊
Since then, I’ve written in various forms—BBM channels, yearly journals, and just about anywhere I could jot down my thoughts. In 2015, I started a channel focused on women and marriage (a passion close to my heart). But eventually, I thought, why not create a more lasting space to capture these thoughts? That’s when the idea of this blog came to life. Who knows, someone, somewhere might find something interesting or a piece or two to hold on to on this page.
Think of Life Musings as a mix of reflections, insights, and my experiences while navigating life as a wife, mom, and a forever-learner. I’ll share everything from funny moments to heartfelt lessons, all with a touch of humor and honesty. This blog isn’t meant to be formal or polished—it’s my online diary. You might see some Nigerian slangs, emojis, and lighthearted vibes because, well, that’s just me! 😝
