1. Our marriage made it to year 5
On July 28th, we celebrated five wonderful years of marriage! 🎉 It’s incredible how fast time flies. Can you believe we’ve known each other for nearly a decade now? I feel so blessed to have my husband, who’s not only my partner but also my mentor, role model, and best friend. It hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve grown together through the highs and lows. Looking back, I’m grateful for these first five years and excited about what’s next. Check out my anniversary post here and what we got up to.

2. Teni is still Two-Tally Adorable
Can any year be complete without my TeniB? Nopes! This year, we crossed into the “twos,” and yes, we’ve had our share of toddler debates (her favorite word for now is “no,” so you can imagine 😂). Watching her grow and explore the world is truly one of the best experiences of my life. I can’t wait for all the memories we’ll create together in 2020!

3. My One-Year Work Anniversary
Yes to work milestones! Adapting to work life in Canada while balancing family has been no small feat. As a working mom, I wear so many hats—chef, nurse, teacher, and more—and some days are harder than others. But I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished this year, from new responsibilities to reaching personal goals. Here’s to more success in 2020!

4. One Year Living in Canada
One whole year in Canada—where did the time go? It has truly been a journey, but I’m grateful for how far we’ve come. You can read about my top 5 favorite things about Canada after our first year here. Moving and starting fresh was tough. If you check my bye-bye to Sweden, hello Canada post here, I mentioned how we had to squeeze over 3 years of possession into 6 boxes😥, but I’m thankful for this new chapter in our lives.

5. My Blog’s Growth
This year, my blog reached more readers than ever, and I even collaborated with another mom blogger! Blogging is my happy place, and I love looking back at all the memories I’ve documented. In 2019, I hit my 50th post milestone (you can read about it here), and I’m thrilled to keep growing this space in 2020. Personally, I also feel that everybody needs either a blog page or a YouTube channel. It doesn't have to be for anybody especially if you don't like to share personal related issues but maybe for yourself. There are millions of memories/milestones that we have experienced and forgotten just like that but these platforms have been created to help keep those memories alive. It's not an easy thing to do, I have to mention that but for me, this is my happy place and my hobby as well. No matter how overwhelming my day was, once I'm in here and I read one or two articles, I'm good to go for that day.

Reflecting on 2019, I am truly grateful for the memories we’ve made and all we’ve overcome. Sure, there were challenges—losses, setbacks, tiring days—but these have all been part of my growth. Here’s to an amazing new decade ahead, filled with gratitude, growth, and one day at a time. I hope you also found reasons to be thankful this past year and that 2020 brings you joy and fulfillment. Cheers to new beginnings! 🥂 Thanks for stopping by in my little corner of the internet today.Until next time...💋
